How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Hiroo subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. If you don't have an active plan, click "Choose Plan" to see the available options and complete checkout. Your new plan starts immediately.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Managing billing details

Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices
  • Download receipts
  • Change your billing details
