Refer and Earn

Invite your friends to Hiroo and you both earn 30 free days when they get started.

How it works

1. Share your referral link — Find your unique link in Settings → Refer & Earn. Copy it and send it to a colleague or friend.
2. Your friend signs up — They create an account using your link. The referral is now in pending status.
3. Your friend starts using Hiroo — Once they add at least one company and one contact, the referral is activated.
4. You both get rewarded — Both you and your friend receive +30 days added to your accounts.

How the reward is applied

• If you're on a free trial — Your trial period is extended by 30 days immediately.
• If you have an active subscription — The 30 days are saved as bonus days and applied automatically when your current subscription period ends.

The same applies to your friend — they receive the reward based on their own account status.

Limits and conditions

• You can earn rewards for up to 4 successful referrals (up to 120 bonus days total).
• You cannot refer yourself — the referred account must belong to a different person.
• From the same company email domain, a maximum of 2 referrals can be rewarded. This limit does not apply to public email providers like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
• The referral stays in "pending" status until your friend adds a company and a contact. If they never do, the reward is not activated.

Tracking your referrals

Go to Settings → Refer & Earn to see:

• Your total referrals and earned days
• How many referral slots you have remaining
• The status of each referral (pending or earned)
• Your accumulated bonus days
