What to do when the Chrome extension cannot connect to your Hiroo dashboard.

If the Chrome extension shows a connection error, try these steps:

1. Check your login

Make sure you're logged in to both the Hiroo dashboard and the extension with the same account.

2. Refresh the extension

Right-click the Hiroo icon → "Manage extensions" → Toggle the extension off and on again.

3. Check LinkedIn

Make sure you're logged in to LinkedIn in the same browser. The extension needs an active LinkedIn session.

4. Clear browser cache

Sometimes cached data can cause issues. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.

5. Update Chrome

Make sure you're running the latest version of Chrome. Go to Chrome → Help → About Google Chrome to check for updates.
