Troubleshooting when scans complete but no changes are detected.
If your scan completes but no changes are shown, here's what to check:
If none of your contacts changed their LinkedIn profiles since the last scan, no changes will be detected. This is normal behavior.
If your LinkedIn session expired during the scan, the extension can't read profile data. Log in to LinkedIn again and restart the scan.
Some LinkedIn profiles have restricted visibility. If you can't see a profile's details when visiting manually, Hiroo can't see them either.
Make sure you're using the latest version of the extension. Chrome should update extensions automatically, but you can check in chrome://extensions.
